Itinerary:

Saturday, November 23:

• Arrival and pick-up from the nearest airport to Tabasco.
• Travel to Abuelo Efren’s finca, check-in, and registration.

Sunday, November 24:

• Morning meditation and body movement for group connection.
• Participate in the preparation of the 13 sacred cacao drinks and the sacred fire ceremony.
• Enjoy traditional meals featuring Tabasco cuisine.

Monday, November 25:

• Morning gratitude ceremony and offerings.
• Conference on the cultural significance of sacred cacao and its nutritional properties.
• Afternoon cultural activities centered around cacao traditions.

Tuesday, November 26:

• Gathering and meditation.
• Morning workshops on traditional medicinal uses of cacao.
• Evening dinner and discussions with local guardians of sacred traditions.
